4th of July Card

I was invited to attend an expo here in Charleston on June 9th and remembered that I do not have any 4th of July cards, now I have to make a few.

This stamp came from Whipper Snapper. I colored him with my Bic markers and then layered him and put liquid glass from CTMH on top. Then I cut another flag, put stickles and white puff paint on top and added a star shaped brad for even more dimension. The stars were just misc pieces that I had laying around- I layered the top one too and stamped the bottom one. The last thing I did was add the "skittles" after I colored the bottom red.
